In testing the PayPal Setup for CanningLids’ new owner, we purchased a product worth $35. That was Order #57222.
After the transaction went through, we initiated a refund as a “manual refund” meaning that the order was marked as refunded, but no funds were actually returned. We did this, as we discussed with you, because initiating a refund through PayPal would have been costly in terms of fees and because it would have set off red flags with their systems (first transaction refunded). Manual Refund is something that is done mainly for accounting purposes.
As discussed, we would send you an invoice to refund that money without fees or negative repercussions. This is the product for that invoice. You will be able to add it to an invoice by purchasing.
