Description
Included maintenance/updates in the plan:
- Monitoring of server environment including ensuring daily backups
- WordPress software and Plugin updates
- Recommendations on how the site performance and function may be improved
- Ongoing security, stability, and site health monitoring
- Monitoring and Diagnosis of issues with external services
This product requires Administrative access to the website backend and WPEngine access, at a level requested based upon account configuration.
Note: Repair of breakdowns involving external services will be provided, if requested, as a separate service on a paid project basis.
